Convenient but .... - Edit
Just opposite the Plaza of Nations, this is a convenient spot to grab casual food. It appears many locals grab take-out from here. The highlight is their Caesar salad (served with shiitake mushroom bacon) - a good size and tasty. On a second visit, I tried the burger (dry) and fries (sent back as they were one mushy clump and undercooked). Does NOT take cash.

I got a chance to go to this place after wanting to visit for a long time. I was completely underwhelmed. Really expensive food that only tasted okay. I'm not sure what the big deal is. It's great that it's a vegan restaurant, but you need to have good vegan food not okay vegan food. Definitely worth skipping this place altogether.

Very disappointed after hearing so much about this place. I found the burger dry and boring, the sweet potato fries limp and tasteless and the beet ketchup inedible. The only shining star was the macaroni cheese with shiitake bacon which was delicious. Trying to get a table to sit down here is a nightmare too. Not impressed.

This place is so good! Either you are vegan or not, you will like the food! Delicious salads, air baked (although pretty oily) sweet potato fries, sweets, smoothies, etc. My favourite is the Kale Caesar Salad with mushrooms “bacon”. Yummy! Always coming here when in NY!!

I think that the food was alright. I did really enjoy the crunch shiitake bacon on the Mac and cheese but the actual mac and cheese was average. The person behind the counter was also very rude and did not make me feel like recommending it to others.

Definitely added to my list of favorite vegan spots! They have a really great selection with lots of comfort food classics turned vegan. The only con is that the burgers are a bit on the small side, especially for the price and I feel like you need to order an extra side to be fully satisfied. Everything else I've tried definitely comes with a decent portion.
Read moreFrom the main menu I've tried the classic burger, sweet potato fries, Mac and cheese, kale and artichoke dip, avocado pesto pasta (on separate occasions, I promise!) It's all really great. I believe the guac burger is one of the most popular items, which sounds fantastic, as the classic burger was already good.
They have a brunch menu available weekends (until 4pm). I've tried the daily special pancakes, banana bread chocolate chip, which were amazing!! Can't wait to try more off this menu.
Then there's the bakery and desserts Cupcakes, so moist and perfectly sweet. Try the raspberry tiramisu flavored if it's available!!!
They also have house-made ice cream, cookies, muffins, etc.
Anyways I highly recommend this place. I think I can say I now have the goal of trying the whole menu to add to my bucket list! Would also be a great place to take non-vegans.

I ordered a avocado toast gluten free. The description was seasonal vegetables and avocado. They never mentioned it being covered with chickpeas. As much as I like chickpeas, I can’t eat them. I also ordered a small coffee with the homemade creamer. It was straight up sour, I don’t recommend it. I’m pretty sure, if I’d had the time, they would have given me a refund but I didn’t do I took the loss.

I have tried the desserts, both pastas, the meatball sub, and the classic burger. Everything was delicious! Very happy and came back here multiple times on my trip here. The prices aren’t horrible expensive either compared to other vegan places in town. Highly recommend! The birthday cake ice cream and pop, as well as the hot chocolate, peanut butter pie, were to die for!

Was so excited to be able to try this place, and it didn't disappoint. Visited with non-veggie colleagues and they said they didn't miss the meat. Loved my Classic burger (tempeh-lentil-chia-walnut), and my colleague loved the Whiskey BBQ one. Sadly that was all we had time to try. Love the mushroom wallpaper in the bathrooms too.

I've had my fair share of vegan meatballs and these are by far my favorite. The texture is pretty close and the flavor is amazing! I would definitely recommend trying the chipotle aioli, it was great!
