Plenty of vegan options - Edit
It’s pretty difficult to find vegan items and vegan food in Japan, but the Bio C’Bon chain has a wide range of vegan and cruelty free products, from food (vegan ravioli, vegan mozzarella, many types of plant milk, vegan cookies, vegan gyoza, etc) to personal care products (lavera shampoo, deodorant, lip balm, etc), to makeup, etc.

Nice little outpost of the vegan-friendly chain - Edit
Considerably smaller than the 2-story outpost in Motomachi, Yokohama City, but still manages to pack in a nice amount of good stuff (Amy's frozen vegan veggie burgers, tons of non-dairy milks, Lavera vegan hand cream, 200 yen large coffees with free soymilk) and also has a small seating area for eating in.
