Vegan delight - Edit
This place is fun and yum. Staff were very kind explaining all the dishes. Atmosphere is fun and the food was great. We had tamales, our first vegan tamales and we were not disappointed. Mushroom for me and black bean and jalapeño for hubby. We were both very happy. We shared the vegan vegetable bowl and it was super fresh and filled with yummy vegetable surprises. A salad made from chayote squash and corn. Loved it all. We will go back.

They give a vegan option in (almost) every category, and everything is amazing. The Vegan Casados Bowl, the Vegan Tamale Plate and the yucca fries with the vegan chimichurri sauce are all so good.

Awesome Tamales! - Edit
This place is actually in a renovated motel with some hipster shops and eateries. Super cool environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and there are several vegan options. The mushroom tamales were fantastic and get the yucca fries too!

They’re so nice here and offer great vegan options. The black beans are so good and the tamales are off the hook. If you’ve never had a tamale steamed in a banana leaf, do try it—it has a very special flavor.
