I’ve ordered 4 cakes over the past few years, and each time TMC has worked with me patiently to come up with the perfect cake and decorations for the occasion. TMC helped me design cakes for the carefree vegan and the picky brat who doesn’t eat his vegetables. She will even order new decorations and ingredients just for your cake. TMC is my favorite ABQ bakery and we should all support our local vegan baker!

We have ordered birthday cakes multiple times and the frosting is amazing! Highly recommend. We love the rice crispy treats and at pop-ups, she sometimes has sugar cookie frosting sandwiches that are one of the yummiest things I have ever eaten!

She makes the best vegan sweets I’ve ever had. Her [censored] balls my be one of my favorite foods ever and she manages to make a delicious tres leches cake!
