Nice coffee

Many delicious-looking vegan pastries, but we went for breakfast food, turned out they didn’t have the bread for the toast. Ended up eating mushroom tacos which were nice, but not for breakfast maybe.

Specialty coffee and nice pastries

Neat cafe with several coffee sorts, some pastries and dishes are clearly marked as vegan.

Pros: Vegan pastries

Chill coffeehouse with vegan options

After a 5km hike from the other side of Amsterdam I wanted to visit Margo's, which is situated near Drupa, only to find out they didn't offer seating and restrooms. The staff from Margo's advised me to try out Drupa to see if I could use their restrooms.
At Drupa, the friendly staff told me I could use their restroom even before I offered to pay for it or order something (I feel kind of rude not ordering something or paying to use their utilities)...

To my surprise I saw a multitude of vegan baked goods in their display case. Some vegan cakes and cookies and when I asked if they served plantbased milks they offered almond, soy, oat and coconut milks.
So I ordered a Chai Latte with Oat milk which was absolutely delicious.
Usually I'm disappointed after ordering a Chai Latte because for some reason they are always incredibly sweet which completely drowns out the spiciness a Chai Latte should have. That was not the case with this Chai latte. Though I would've loved a little bit more cinnamon on top, it is the best Chai Latte I've had so far.
While enjoying my Chai, I noticed their menu on the table and while reading them I found out they also serve 2 vegan dishes and offer vegan salmon as a substitution for the animal based salmon dish though they do charge extra for the vegan salmon. They also offer vegan Fetta for an additional charge.

Aside form not being fully vegan of course, the only other downside was that, for some reason, the place smelled like wet cement. Wet cement has always been a scent I've been sensitive to for some reason so it might really just be me who's bothered by it, but it was too notable to ignore for me.

Pros: Multiple vegan dishes and options, Very good Chai Latte, Friendly people

Cons: Not fully vegan, For some reason it smells of wet cement
