Good sushi rolls - Edit
Vegan menu. Many options. Some reviewer said the rolls are small?! I don’t know what they are talking about! Rolls are very good size. Individual pieces are not oversized which is good so you can fit them in your mouth. They tasted good. Kids liked their vegan udon noodles and spring rolls. Edamame was just OK.

Bomb Ramen - Edit
The dish labeled as ramen, but was more like a coconut curry, was AMAZING! If you are a hungry vegan like myself you will definitely feel satisfied. The sushi on the other hand was not that great and small portions.

Great options for vegans! - Edit
The Coconut Curry Ramen Soup was amazing! Also had the vegatable tempur and veggie spring rolls and they were good. The Nature's Noodles were okay. Tasted more like spaghetti and red sauce with some seaweed.

Vegan menu AND dessert - Edit
Loved this place! Only came here once but they had a full section of vegan sushi and they even had dessert which was unreal. They basically covered a banana with coconut shreds, fried it, coconut based ice cream on top with chocolate sauce! AMAZING

See scarlet macaws while eating! - Edit
The food was great (including dessert: tempura banana with coconut-milk ice cream!) And the view is great. We saw a bunch of scarlet macaws while dining. Yummy, nourishing food. Great experience!

Food was good! Portions are small for the prices. I tried 2 of the vegan rolls, the one with mango is super tasty. I switched out the fried tofu in the mushroom roll for fried sweet potato and it was good.

Yummy ramen but the sushi was meh - Edit
Our meal was a bit hit and miss. We enjoyed the coco curry ramen broth (although it was very light on the nori and shitake mushrooms), but the sushi was underwhelming and not exactly what we ordered. It was missing the fried tofu and cashew sauce but the server didn't tell us the chef simply left those items out. It was only filled with avocado and mushroom. The serve of gyoza was incredibly small (4 pieces) for the price it cost too. I couldn't help but feel this restaurant was cutting corners on the ingredients that cost the most and yet continue to charge high prices.

Really great that their vegan options are plentiful and clearly marked, but we found all three vegan sushi rolls to be underwhelming. Not a lot of flavor, mushy fillings, and undercooked rice.

Great vegan options! - Edit
Really impressed by the vegan options at Enso the vegan rolls are inventive and definitely beautiful to look at. Our favorite was the mighty mushroom. We also ordered edamame and the seasoning was great. It’s worth noting that they offer several vegan dessert options as well and all of them sounded good.
