A coffee house that has soy and nut milk for drinks, vegan and gluten-free pastry options, granola bars. Serves also smoothies, shakes, and selection of tea. Open Mon-Sat 7:30am-3:30pm.
I visited High Five several times while visiting Asheville. The staff is wonderful and the drinks are delicious. I had the chai with almond milk as well as the matcha latte with almond milk and a couple of their smoothies. My boyfriend and friends enjoyed their pastries. I will say, the vegan gluten free tart they had looked awesome, but I was in a smoothie mood at the time. The place is definitely a local hangout, people were chatting and working on their computers. They are small, but there is a lot of seating outside and in the little foyer to the building.
