Lets start with the most disappointing part: „Kiez Vegan“ is not vegan. I learned that after I almost bought a cheese börek. They didn’t even offer the info, I just asked as a small talk question…
Read moreRest if the food was pretty good, loved the salad selection for the lunch menu. But the daily dishes are prepared in advance and microwaved when you order them.
This was most disappointing for the pide, because they’re best fresh out the oven.

Salad buffet plus a la carte pizza and lunch offerings, mainly with Mediterranean and middle eastern influences. I had a veggie crepe/wrap and three salads for 11,50€ which I found to be extremely delicious, filling and reasonably priced. Some salads are protein packed with beans which is always great. Nice sweet offerings as well (cakes, cookies)!

Cosy place in a nice neighborhood selling home made Turkish Delights, like Gözleme, Börek, Pide, vegan Omelett, stuffed vegetables, Pizza, vegetable burger, different Salads and Dips. Everything is vegan and home made. We had a lunch offer which was Gözleme with 4 different salads to choose from. It was very good! The owners are very friendly and helpful! Worth to go!

Nice place with welcoming ambience, we went here for a dinner when almost everything was sold out, but we were lucky to try main dishes without salads and spinach gozleme. We liked all the ordered food, so we would definitely come back to try salads and breakfast.

The food was delicious. We had the veggie and potato omelette and both were delicious. It was not the typical tofu omelette but made with vegetables and we guess some kind of lentil base. Combined with yogurt sauce and 3 eastern style salad it was a wonderful meal. Coffee is good too. Definitely a recommendation.

Der Laden hat sich sehr gut präsentiert und gefiel auf Anhieb. Wir haben den Bürger mit Pommes und eine kleine Salatplatte bestellt. Der Salat war gut. Der Hauptgang war aber leider nichts. Die Pommes waren extrem fettig und waren weder kross noch gewürzt - ergo schlicht labberige fettige Kartoffelstreifen. Der Burger war riesig hatte aber auch keinen Geschmack. Das Bun schien selbstgemacht aber geschmacklos. Das Patty ein durchfrittiertes etwas ohne Geschmack mit Zucchini oder so. Alles bis auf die sauren Gurken auf dem Burger und dem Ketchup auf dem Teller war fettig und absolut geschmacklos. Der Preis wäre sehr gut gewesen, und der Laden sehr schön, aber so war das leider nix. Es mag dem Karneval der Kulturen geschuldet gewesen sein und dem damit verbundenem Stress, aber dann lieber nur Salat und eine verkleinerte Karte.

I love Middle Eastern cuisine and Berlin's vegan food scene is mostly Asian, and specifically Vietnamese, or burgers, and I was happy to find something different. The portion is size is generous, and the food delicious, the ambiance is not great, not terrible, the place is rather simple.

Read moreThey offer both dishes from a fixed menu but they also have “dishes of the day” you can choose from which I love. From the daily menu you pick your main dish from a buffet inside and then pick three salads and a sauce. The portions are always big and I never leave hungry. The restaurant has space both indoor and outside for seating and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
I would really recommend going here (especially for lunch because of daily buffet) if you’re looking for a home cooked meal with a lot of flavor. Nowadays this is my go-to place when friends are visiting as the price, taste and vibe is amazing, one of my favorite restaurants in Berlin.

3 of us split a spinach pizza and a large salad plate (picked to have a bit of everything). Everything was delicious, the salads were fresh and filling and the pizza very tasty. It came out to €21 so quite decent price.

Kiez was open early on Monday and it wasn't busy at all. Everything from the menu was available for breakfast, even pizza or burgers. We got omelet and kumpir that came with salads and staff asked which salads we preferred. Well we got a bit of all 😄 This brunch turned into a huge and flavourful meals that were both healthy and very tasty, generous portions. Too bad we were full so we didn't get a chance to try the eggplant and pancake that were on display. Looked absolutely delicious so we will be back. 💓

Delicious Healthy Food for Reasonable Prices - Edit
This place is really amazing! There are several very healthy home made food every day in the menu and you can combine various dishes in one plate. I loved the concept and food there. Staff is so friendly! Prices are very reasonable.
