Super tasty spin on Mediterranean fusion - Edit
Sat in the market outdoors but under cover and shared olives with oregano and hunks of chewy bread with hummus to start. Delicately flavoured eggplant curry with basmati and smashed sweet potato with spinach, cabbage and soy yogurt for entrees
