Good food and lots of options

We didn't actually go to this restaurant but ordered through Grab since we weren't feeling well and wanted to stay in the hotel. The food was good though, very tasty. A bit expensive but may be that they have a higher price for their dishes on Grab (although price for packaging and delivery are added seperately).

Pros: Lots of vegan option, Delivery options

Scrumptious vegan food you shouldn't miss!

Didn't expect that vegan food will be tasting soooo good! A delicious meal plus a cozy ambient make this place the best vegan restaurant in Georgetown, Penang! Good services and fresh ingredients are used. Thumbs up!

Delicious healthy food

Beautiful restaurant with very friendly, helpful staff. The Hokkien noodles were delicious, tasted very fresh and healthy. The Rojak was nice but a little too sweet for me. Well worth a visit! My only downside was the price, it was RM38 for Hokkien Noodles, side of Rojak and a tea which is by far my most expensive meal in Malaysia - worth it for the lovely experience.

Pros: Everything vegan, Very fresh and healthy take on local food, Beautiful setting

Cons: Expensive

Pros: Rein vegan

Cons: Teilweise überteuert, Hat uns geschmacklich nicht überzeugt

All Hype (coffees & cake)

Took my boyfriend here for coffee and cake for his birthday after reading such amazing reviews... Their cake selection was really poor on this day so we ended up going for a crispy almond cake which tasted like uncooked flour on the inside and burnt sugar on the outside. We also got a mocha, which had far too much cocoa, and a “premium” matcha latte that tasted sickeningly concentrated. Sadly we were really disappointed. But maybe their food is a different story?

Creative food, great setting

Creative menu with western and asian influences. We had 2 charcoal burgers with sweet potatoe fries. The taste and texture of the mushrooms on one of them was out of this world! Interior is very nice and classy. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can also buy some zero waste products such as metal straws and soap.

Food isnt worth the price

We went there once and ordered 2 different burgers. They werent good but tasteless, they were served with air fried fries?! They werent even fried in the common way... so we are disappointed. Although you can buy vegan ZW products there.

Fine dining in cold atmosphere

Obviously high quality food. But prices a bit high, maybe to pay for the freezing aircon.

Delicious flavours, generous portions

Diverse menu covering lots of flavours, we enjoyed the three cup mushroom clay pot dish, filled with generous chunks of tofu and monkey head mushrooms with different textures and flavours. Came with a bowl of brown/ red rice, we also had the nasi lemak which had some very deliciously flavoured monkey head mushrooms and another generous portion of rice. We also tried the satay sticks which came with a peanut sauce made from scratch.

The service was friendly and calm, great vegan options including many deserts and drinks. A really great experience.

Pros: All vegan, Large variety on menu, Great service

Amazing food, wonderful staff, great value.

We ended going here 2 days in a row because the food was delicious and the staff were so lovely. The first day we went they said the wait would be an hour and because it was raining they gave us an umbrella!! It turned out to only be about 20 minutes. The menu was incredible, so much choice!! Everything we chose was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff we super friendly and attentive, it couldn't have been better!!!

Pros: Huge choice., Wonderful staff., Lovely environment.

Cons: Nothing !!

The also sell reusable food bags, metal straws, food containers, and other eco-friendly items. Making the world a better place one meal at a time.

Great food!

Great place to eat! Lots of healthy Asia food, with ‘Western’ choices as well. Lovely vibe in the resturant. Really helped me to convince the people I was travelling with to eat there as there are vegan versions of the street food that they wanted to try.

The absolute best!

My friend and I went to Pinxin not once but 4 times during our four day trip to Penang. It is beyond worth going to. The staff are so kind, the service is so fast, the food is to die for, and I love their sustainable aspect! We ordered iced mochas which came with reusable straws, and the drinks were amazing! We ordered the satay rice the first time, the healthy burger the next time, and the vegetable rice and satay sticks the last two times. I cannot recommend this place enough! And the pricing is so great for how much food you’re getting! I would go back to Georgetown just for this food!!

Pros: Excellent food, Sustainability , Kind service

Authentic Asian Cuisine

Upscale but affordable. All vegan with buddhist/malay menu. Some westernized items. Gluten-free options. Zero-waste/sustainable goods available on-site. Calm ambience, quiet, would be nice for a date but still family friendly.

Pros: gluten-free options, family friendly , authentic asian menu

Lovely restaurant and very nice food.

A beautiful restaurant selling 100% vegan food. Not the cheapest, but then none of the 100% vegan places in Penang are.
Unfortunately were out of a few things on the menu but what we ordered was delicious.
Would recommend.

Pros: Lovely restaurant , Very tasty food

Cons: Slightly pricey , Did not have everything on the menu.

break the impression of "Buddhist vegetarianism"

"Avocado Beet Sourdough Toast" (RM18) looks so pretty! If you take a picture of it, put on IG, you will get a lot of "like" 😍 The chef is very clever to make the beetroot into mash, painted on the bread, put a bunch of avocado, it makes me like this toast a lot even I hate beetroot. "Pinxin" has many products to sell, like, Vegan's lip balm (RM28), very cute in design,I bought a peach flavor, now used every day; and water bottle (RM69) ) It’s very fashionable
