Favorite vegan spot in MTL - Edit
Our daughter, who’s not vegan, raved about this place, so we had to check it out. They serve vegetarian and vegan dishes, so be sure to specify your preference.

- Marinated mushroom tofu
- Vegan beef
- Vegan chicken
- Combination vegan beef and chicken (my favorite)
We also tried several soups and the marinated tofu spring rolls, all of which were good (4/5⭐️), but we preferred the sandwiches.
For drinks, we tried the vegan Vietnamese iced coffee (4/5⭐️) and the Peach soda (4.5/5⭐️).
The cherry on top which had us returning 3 days in a row was their homemade vegan ice creams. So far we’ve tried the Corossol (aka, soursop), the Yazu (a Korean citrus fruit), the Mango, and the Coconut. All were amazing and a full 5/5⭐️). We’ll return to try the remaining vegan flavors (litchi & passion fruit).
When in Montreal, drop in for a quick, tasty treat!!

Tried the beef vermicelli bowl & chicken bowl and all of the spring rolls. All mock meats made in house, the beef was my favourite! Very cute restaurant, lovely service and amazing prices. Our whole meal was under 20$. This is going to be one of my new go-to lunch and dinner places 😊

Very tasty food and amazing customer service. It is always a pleasure to be there and every vegan meal I tried is amazing. I had the spring rolls, Bahn MI and Lemongrass bowl and loved them all. The vegan coconut dessert is delicious as well.

LOVED the bahn mi boeuf, as well as taro bubble tea. Super kind staff, very friendly, accommodating, and sensitive. Bubble tea was beautiful and Bahn mi was so fresh and tasty as well as very reasonably priced. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious Banh Mi, my favourite is the pork or citronella chicken. Good size sandwich for about 6$. Make sure to ask for it vegan, or it will have Mayo in it.

It was delicious and very affordable, I drove 45 mins to get there so I tried a bit of everything, I highly recommended the spicy soup, spring rolls and banh mi sandwiches. Just don't forget to mention you are vegan if you are of course. The staff is extremely friendly, they greeted me with a huge smile. You'll be full and have a tasty meal for less than $20. I'll definitely go back.

Hands down the best Banh mi I've ever had. Imperial rolls are amazing too. I haven't tried the ice cream yet but I will soon!
Read moreStaff is very nice and knowledgeable, let them know you're vegan and they'll give you a list of all the stuff you can order (which is a lot). The place doesn't have a lot of tables but it's really cute and colorful!

The service is good and fast. You order at the counter and they bring your food at your table or you can have it for take out as well. I had one of the soup 🍜, I can’t remember the name, but it was extremely spicy. I normally like spicy 🌶, but it was way too much, in my opinion. Next time I will try the banh mi, as they seem very popular in the reviews.

We had the poulet citronelle and the beef, both vegan of course, and so fresh and delicious. The owner said the chicken was made from a type of mushroom, which is remarkable considering the texture. The food was so affordable too. I will definitely be back.

We had a lovely meal at Sapa, the new mushroom based “chicken” bahn mi was so good I had to order a second one. All teas and sandwiches can be made vegan, and they’re very accommodating. We also got to sample the “beef” which is absolutely packed with flavor. You’d be hard pressed to find a better value vegan meal in any big city. Go here, they will take great care of you!

New cafe serving Vegetarian and vegan dishes. The menu is expanding by the week as they’ve only been open a short time. Soup, noodles and sandwiches are great and very reasonably priced. Ice creams are all made in house - and there’s always a minimum of 2 vegan flavors. Family run and very friendly!
