I really enjoyed my food here. It was hot, full of flavour and beautifully presented. I am also very gluten sensitive so I was delighted to have more than one option. When I asked for chilli sauce, I got the choice of a chilli sauce and fresh chillies. I enjoy options

We came twice to Soy. It’s nice to sit outside. inside it was a bit too much of the incense stick smell for me.
Read moreWe got udon noodles and the peanut tofu dish with rice. Both tasted great.
We also tried the appetizer platter for two people which was some what underwhelming and less than expected. Wouldn’t get that one again.
I guess by Munich standard it’s fairly priced. But compared to other vegan Asian restaurants in Germany it felt quite expensive.

The restaurant is very good. We had a hotpot and thoroughly enjoyed it! I also can't recommend Chuoi dua (banana wrapped with sticky rice) enough, it was super delicious.

Alles war gut gewürzt und sehr lecker.

I had dish number 31 which was a rice noodle soup in coconut milk. It was huge and delicious. The best thing was: it wasn't just noodles, but a looot of different veggies!
Would recommend!

It is food for the soul. Great presentation as well as taste. After a long, tiring day of exploring München, eating at Soy was definitely satisfying as the food was steaming hot and tasty. There's no need to filter out vegan options from an otherwise non vegetarian menu. Everything is vegan, and lots of choices too.

Reservations not needed, but recommended. Staff speak English and German both. Worth the price. Portion sizes are good too - with one starter and one main dish, I had to pack some leftovers to go.
Finally, Although, I cannot vouch for the authenticity of Vietnamese food (me having never tasted it) but the dishes served on your table will definitely be tasty!

For the main course, I had the peanut curry with fake chicken, which was also very tasty.
Only point: only cash payment..😭🥲 but Paypal works.

This was an enjoyable and nice restaurant offering good lunch specials. The food is quite decent, and pricing is appropriate. Friendly staff and a nice enough location. Gluten Free friendly. Simple and homely meals with fresh ingredients make this a good choice.

Europe struggles with Asian food, I think, at least compared to Australia. This was good for what we have experienced in Europe but more generally average. Probably worthy of a 3.5/5 not a 4.

Really delicious and healthy Vietnamese vegan food. The atmosphere is great, very cozy, really friendly staff and just great looking food! We had something from the lunch menu and it was 26 euros in total for two people (appetizer, main and drink per person), which is great pricing. It was delicious. My friend comes here all the time and I choose her favourite meal, the Bun Sa Ot, a rice noodles dish with fresh salad, herbs, grilled tofu, seitan, lemongrass and mild chili, served with fried onions, peanuts and homemade dressing. Really pleased with this choice!!! It's the dish at the bottom of the picture.
