During my 2 weeks stay in Guadalajara this was my favorite vegan place. Staff are very friendly, food is delicious! They have a good variety of foods and drinks, offering bowls and breakfast in the morning, everything is prepared with a good attention to detail, quality ingredients and decoration, colors,... Blue maíz tortillas made by hand each time you order a taco... Been several times and was always very happy

I tried the tex-mex burrito and was really good (although on a small side for me) so I went on for dessert and had a ginger donut which I really enjoyed (and was super big 😁). The Verde juice was also yummy. Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere of the place made me stay for a couple hours. Will be back to try other things.

This place is bomb! This place was packed but we got seated after a short wait. Service was great, coffee was great, food was great! We got the chilaquiles rojos with chorizo, tex-Mexico burrito and a donut to finish. Looking around everyone was ordering the juices and donuts. We plan to go back again tomorrow.

Favorite Vegan Spot in GDL - Edit
We have eaten in and ordered delivery from Choclo y Maíz a dozen or so times and love it every time. The tamales, tacos, lonches, and smoothies are all fantastic. There's lots of great vegan eateries in GDL, but this is our hands down favorite.

I really like the interior with the open kitchen and the plants shielding us from the outside. Really makes you feel at home in busy Guadalajara. The dishes we tried were very tasteful and the fresh juices complemented them.

We were impressed with the extensive menu for such a small place. My Cuban husband ordered the Cuban sandwich and was happy with it. I ordered both molletes because I first had them at another place and LOVED them but I was disappointed. I'm not sure now what they are supposed to be or taste like.

I would have given less stars except that we tried such a limited number of items and I loved the little "for sale" section. I thought that, along with the plants was a nice addition.

We got the pastor taco (highly recommend), the jalisquilla sandwich (very filling and flavorful) and the tofu a la mexicana (delicious!). It is all really affordable too. Plenty of healthy fresh options. So glad I found this place while visiting!
