Vegan intricate small plates and biodynamic wine - Edit
Using local Japanese veggies these plates are small but packed full of flavour.

Macrobiotic inspiration and full of new savors - Edit
Web ordered all the full menu and we got around 10 or 11 plates l, all very tasty, differents and amazing. Each one is a pure discover of something you probably never eat before. The restaurant is brand new. If you want discover something new and adventurous, have a try you won't regret it.

What an unexpected treat- I brought my family here on our first night in Kyoto and it was a big hit? i was a little worried at first because i wasn't sure if i could make a reservation, but the moment i called the number listed on their website during their opening hours, i was greeted with so much warmth! The flavors and creativity of the dishes were so on point, and we loved that all the veg were local and so japanese 😋 our faves included the sesame foccacia with dehydrated miso and the smoked ice cream with peach and pickled rose garnish, All three of us jointly shared the whole menu as we weren't super hungry, but i think it is perfect for two. so sad we cant come again as the chef changes the menu every week..and i want moreee haha 😄 (the food is on the pricier end but was completely worth it to us.. its hard to find fine dining as a vegan, especially in japan)
