The tripperia vegana Is in a curious location. You order on the web site and when you get there you advise and stay in a queue. When the bun is ready a gracious basket descend from the balcony with your food. And after the first bite you forget everything else. Then food is juicy and full of taste. I am vegan but my girlfriend is not. And she couldn't stop compliment about everything. And the cost is more than honest. If you are in Florence don't miss it!!

Sono stata oggi con mio marito onnivoro. Abbiamo ordinato Tan8 e Tan8 Lele. SPETTACOLARI! Mai mangiato un panino così buono!!! L' idea del paniere volante è proprio carina. La preparazione è espresso per cui tutto fatto al momento. L' ordine effettuato tramite l app è un preordine che serve per tenere da parte la farcia. Sarete contattati via whatsapp, quando siete sul posto mandate un messaggino e nel giro di pochi minuti il vostro panino volerà da voi. Vale veramente una gita a Firenze!!!

Read morePremesso io sono vegetariana e mio marito onnivoro (fino a pochi mesi fa non mangiava funghi e non gli piace nemmeno la trippa/il lampredotto originale).
Abbiamo preso inizialmente io un triip e lui un francesin.. la grandezza del panino è giusta e sono molto farciti...buonissimi entrambi e il triip era veramente molto simile all' originale, pomodoroso e "formaggio so" al punto giusto.
Dato che non ci rimane proprio vicinissimo a casa e avevamo ancora fame ne abbiamo preso un altro per uno, questa volta mio marito un triip (perché ovviamente aveva assaggiato il mio) e io un tan8.
Per i nostri personali gusti in ordine mettiamo 1. Triip, 2. Tan8 e 3. Francesin, ma ovviamente sono gusti soggettivi.
Dopo due panini a testa non avevamo più fame ma non ci sentivamo nemmeno appesantiti.
Il servizio ottimo, simpatico e veloce.
Anche la modalità per ordinare semplice e molto comprensibile, una volta effettuato l' ordine ti arrivano messaggi su WhatsApp in tempo reale. Fantastico. Ne vale il viaggio 🔝
